Ark Media is a Delhi, India based digital marketing studio providing services to hospitality brands — banquets, hotels, restaurants, cafes, resorts and wedding venues.

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to access non-public areas of the site, disrupt operations, scrape content in bulk, or use it in a way that infringes intellectual property or applicable laws.

Marketing services are provided under a separately signed engagement document that sets out scope, deliverables, fees and timelines. This website does not constitute an offer or a binding contract by itself. All specific service commitments live in the engagement document.

All website content — including copy, design, images, logos and code — is owned by Ark Media or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the website without our written permission. Client-owned content displayed on this website (client logos, client-provided photography) remains the property of the respective owners and is displayed with permission.

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to your venue, brand, pricing, sales team, seasonality, ad platform algorithms and market conditions. While we work rigorously to produce measurable results, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, revenue, ranking or return on ad spend.

Our services rely on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, FormSubmit, hosting providers). Platform outages, policy changes or account issues on those platforms are outside our control.

Where applicable, retainers are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend and production/shoot charges are billed separately from agency fees. Detailed terms are covered in each engagement document.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ark Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total aggregate liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those third-party websites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
